Registration to attend the conference presentations is free. Delegates who are not presenting are responsible for their own accommodation and travel arrangements and costs.

Attendance at the conference dinner will require payment of dinner cost of $90 and delegates need to pre-register. The dinner venue can accommodate limited numbers and delegates are encouraged to register early.
